Every time I fight with my mother, I end up feeling drained and disappointed, both with her and with myself.
I used to self-harm. Not because I wanted to die, not because I wanted attention. I did it because physical pain is so much easier to deal with than emotional pain. I had no idea how I’d make the ache I felt inside myself go away, but I knew how to bandage myself up when I hurt...
Bleh.
It sucks when you have a reason to be sad, but I really hate when I have no justification for feeling down. Taking everything into consideration, I should be happy with life, and yet I listen to sad songs on repeat and mope in my room. Things are going well and yet I’m still crying.
I’d feel better if I could justify this somehow.
This is stupid. I need a hug :\

My dad’s last days. Having to take shifts to keep an eye on him. Seeing him slowly drown by his body’s own fluids. Not being able to do anything but watch.

Tucked me back into bed after he had to get out of bed at the buttcrack of dawn to get ready for work.

My three best friends and I were bored one day and decided that hey, free time + cards + boredom = strip poker! It was memorable, to say the least. The best part was that there was no alcohol involved, nor was there any need for it.

K-pop concert in NJ! Yeah, it was crazy, and yeah, it could have been done better, but when all is said and done, it was an amazing experience and so much fun.

Don’t really know how to define “fell hardest for”. There are people I’ve become infatuated with in a short amount of time (met them in my classes in HS), and there are people that I’ve slowly but surely developed strong feelings for (met one through mutual friends and the other from an online dating site).
